Pick up scheduling link opens at 11AM Tuesday OCT 20th and closes at 8PM Tuesday Evening (Only winning bidders can book appointments starting at 11AM on Tuesday) . Be sure to come during your scheduled time. If you come early or late you will be turned away. All winning bidders will be sent a link to book an appointment , appointment portal opens at 11am October 20th. Appointments are first come first booked (if you want 2PM on Thursday and it’s booked when you try to schedule, you will have to pick another time) Pick-ups are not flexible!! Auction Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions - To be able to participate in this Auction Our auctions are open to local Ontario residents. If you are located outside of Ontario you may still participate by leaving a $500 fully refundable deposit (if you do not win any items) m ade by e-transfer only. REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. In the event that you are not comfortable (or can't ie. no credit card) with registering online you may leave a $500 deposit via etransfer to bid. By registering you agree to receive emails sent to registered bidders for the auction you register for and any 2nd, 3rd parts etc. Registered bidders are not able to opt out of these emails but you will only receive emails for the auction you registered for or any related auctions. You may opt out of general emails by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of the email. If the link is not at the bottom, it is an email you cannot unsubscribe from. You give your consent to receive these particular emails by registering. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction (Up to $1 may be charged to validate your card by Auctionflex the first time you register). Your credit card will not be charged unless you win and do not pay within the pick up period. When an auction closes, if you are the winner, you must attend during the allotted pick up time frame where you may pay cash, Visa, Mastercard or Debit (card must be physically present and pin used. We will not charge cards over the phone, online or entered manually). If you do not pick up during the alotted time, we will charge your card a 25% restocking fee, your items will NOT be held for you and your account will be suspended. There will be a $50 admin fee to reinstate your account. By registering, you give 403Auction permission to charge these fees to the credit card you have registered with. If we are unable to charge the restocking fee the amount will be reported to the Credit Bureau. To reinstate your account there will be a $100 admin fee plus the outstanding restocking fee and REVIEWING YOUR BIDS: During an auction you can check the status of your bids at anytime. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after they are placed for any reason including accidental bids and bidding on the wrong item. Be careful when bidding, ensure you have selected the correct item before clicking "bid". All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults with no guarantees that any item is fit for a particular use. We strongly recommend attending the previews if available on any and all auctions. All bids are legally binding and enforceable in Ontario, Canada. BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS: You can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. Please note that outbid notifications are NOT sent out during the last two hours of the sale. REMOVAL : All items are sold in place. Buyers are responsible to remove items in a good workmanlike manner. Any plumbing must be shut off before being disconnected and any electrical that is disconnected must be capped. You must be bring any and all tools, equipment and labour required to disconnect and remove any items you purchase. We will only have security onsite that will not assist in any way with removal. Please plan ahead and come prepared. Any items not removed by the times shown will be deemed abandoned regardless of the price. WINNING NOTIFICATION & INVOICING: All winning bidders will receive an e-mail invoice the day following the auction's closing. If you do not receive an invoice please check your junk mail. Even if you do not receive an invoice, you are still responsible for payment and pick up as stated in the auction. You can verify winning bids by logging into your account after the auction closes and checking each lot. If the lot says "Status", you have won. If it says "Outbid" you have not won. PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. We do not ship. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up. To be considered for a return, customers must email online@403auction.com within 24hours of picking up the item, describing the reason for requesting the return. If approved, the item MUST be returned to the stated location by appointment only, by 2pm on the Friday of the week the item was picked up. 403Auction WILL NOT return an item after 2pm on the Friday of the week of pick up. There will be NO EXCEPTION to this. Customers who are unable to return by Friday or live too far away to make another trip must inspect their items THOROUGHLY before leaving the building when picking up to avoid having to make another trip. AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. SOFT CLOSE: Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 4 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY: Bidding is similar to Ebay type auctions, we recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. In the event an item was listed in error or an item can't be located during pick up for any reason, the bidder agrees that their maximum recourse is a full refund of the item in question and that all other items bid on remain binding. You must have a valid billable credit card on file. You can pay Via Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard during the pick up times. You must pay in person at time of pick up. If you do not pick up during the posted times, your card on file will be billed the full amount and the item deemed abandoned. Items will not be released until payment has been made in person.
